Name: How do you want to be addressed?
Previous Experience: Have you been on staff elsewhere?
RP Experience: How long have you been RPing?
Experience with Pokemon: How familiar are you with the world of Pokemon? Do you just have general knowledge or do you know everything all the way down to the subtle. (This won't affect your eligibility, just the mod posts you are qualified for.)
RP Sample: --
Reasons for Applying: What compelled you to apply and what do you think you can add to the team.
Activity: How active are you/will you be? It is imperative that you are able to be active almost daily for the NPC mod position.
Desired Positions: Which positions do you think you are most qualified for. They are listed below.
Profile Mod - The profile mod has two functions. Their main job is to look over the submitted profiles of new members and deem them accepted or not. They can also accept and reject reservations for special positions. The second job of profile mods is to keep an eye on member's Pokemon listed in their PCs. Make sure everything is in order and that Pokemon don't have moves or abilities they otherwise can't learn. Also keep an eye on the levels of Pokemon and report any suspected inflation.
NPC Mod - It is your responsibility to provide a steady supply of wild Pokemon/NPC trainer battles. You may freely post in any open thread and force encounters if you wish. You may also start threads and wait for someone to post. Pokemon is all about battling and capture so you're job is arguably the most important. When a trainer catches a wild Pokemon post its information using our Pokemon template in the PC board. When a Pokemon is KOed, you may choose to reward the trainer with an item, berry, or even a TM.
If you choose to engage someone as an NPC trainer, reward them with an appropriate amount of money. NPC trainers will become less and less needed as we gain more members.
RP Mod - It is your job to monitor the roleplaying of Ablony and keep it in check with the rules. This goes for everything from simply talking all the way to battling. Become familiar with all of the RP rules, especially the battle rules. You should have at least a general knowledge of Pokemon and Pokemon moves for this position.
Store/Inventory Mod - Store mods must quickly and efficiently manage the store. People will be posting items that they want and it is your job to deduct the appropriate amount of money from them and then add the items into their inventory. It is also your job to monitor inventories and make sure everything is where it should be.
Breeder Mod - Breeder mods must familiarize themselves with our rules on breeding Pokemon and oversee the breeder's ranch and give out egg when appropriate.
Gym leaders - Gym leaders must know all the rules of pokemon and have as much pokemon as is written in the Rules and Guidelines section. Gym leaders have the right to decorate the gym and its rules any way they want. Gym leaders must also follow all rules as well.
Professors - Professors have the right to give trainers their pokemon. That doesn't mean that professors can't roleplay at all other than their roleplay, they can easily be trainers, breeders, etc as well as professors.
